Send us an image in digital bitmap format (Targa, TIFF, JPEG, GIF or Windows BMP) or as hard copy (color print, slide, tear sheet, etc.).

Send hard copy as photographic prints or 35mm slides if possible. Printed tear sheets or ink jet prints are OK, but do not scan as well. We prefer that you not send transparencies larger than 35mm.
Include the following information in a README.TXT file on the floppy, on a separate sheet or in the body of the e-mail document.
Your name, company name and address as you want it to appear on the info page.
Optional. Your phone number, e-mail address and/or WEB address.
The copyright line you want to accompany your listing on the info page. Example:
A brief description of how you used QFX in creating the image.
If you want any of the materials you submit returned, include a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage to return your materials.
Any materials submitted will be used only to promote QFX and related Ron Scott, Inc products. However, Ron Scott, Inc cannot and does not assume any liability for the misuse, copying, downloading, plagiarizing or copyright infringement of your images. We strongly recommend that you imprint your submitted images with a copyright notice in the lower, right corner of the image.
