9.01

• Fix problem with user defined bitmaps for Toolbar buttons.
• Fix problem that caused "out-of-memory" error under 64-bit Windows.

• Fix Queue problem with functions having embedded quotes concatenated by operators re:
  If Len( '$ImageFullName' ) = 0 OR StrCmp( '$ImageMode', 'Draw' ) <> 0

• Print IPTC 'caption' data for Jpeg and Tiff file types as the 'File Info' in the caption under thumbnails.

• Fix several problems with Acquire and Format-Read plug-ins.
• Modify Format and Acquire plug-ins to handle 16 bits/plane returned.
